Online Document Verification Portal also known as integrated APPLICATION SCRUTINY SYSTEM: The result of various competitive examinations conducted by the Gujarat Govt is declared online. Then selected candidates are called in person for certificate verification. But now the document verification process has been made online by the Gujarat government Online. Selected candidates have to upload their documents, photos and certificates online now. A IASS portal has been launched by the GSSSB Gujarat Subordinate Service Board for document verification, which is iass.gujarat.gov.in.

Candidates have to upload their certificates through the integrated application system for post-career verification.
- First visit the website https://iass.gujarat.gov.in related as per below screenshot then select advertisement and Enter confirmation number and date of birth and press “LOGIN” button
- Candidates should check their details as per screenshot shown above and then upload their certificates one by one.
- To upload the desired certificates, click on “CHOOSE FILE” and select the desired file to be uploaded.
- Click on the button. The file to be uploaded should not exceed 2 MB.
- Uploading of certain certificates is mandatory/required to be uploaded. Candidates can not submit application without uploading those certificates
- After the file is uploaded, the message that the certificates have been successfully uploaded will be displayed in green on the screen.
- After uploading the file, the candidate can see the list of uploaded files by pressing the “PREVIEW” button.
- Once the candidate has uploaded the mandatory certificates then give OK () in the outer box {check () in the outer box} Then click on “SAVE”.
- After uploading all the certificates as per the above method, download the e-receipt, candidates can select their seats. In which the candidate selects “APPLICANT PREFERENCE” according to their preference against the given options.
That is, the option which is the first choice is the first and the subsequent choice is the priority and accordingly then Next choices will have to be displayed one after the other according to choice. - Candidates have to give all their choices in this paper. In which any selection is duplicated i.e. DUPLICATED then the selection will not be accepted.

- Upload Document in PDF , JPGE , JPG or PNG Format Only.
- Maximum Size of Document should be within 2 MB Per Document.
- Applicants are Requested to Upload all the Required Documents.
- Kindly make sure Uploaded Document is clear and is easily readable.
- Kindly Submit Documents and Print Receipt after Uploading all the Required Documents.
