Types of Pointclikcare Maintenance
There are three types of PointClickCare Maintenance: emergency, scheduled, and unscheduled.
Emergency Maintenance is conducted when there is an immediate threat to the stability of the system. This type of maintenance is unscheduled and may require the system to be taken offline for a period of time. All users will be notified of emergency maintenance as soon as possible.
Scheduled Maintenance is conducted on a regular basis in order to keep the system up-to-date and running smoothly. This type of maintenance is typically scheduled for weekends or other times when usage is low. All users will be notified of scheduled maintenance in advance.
Unscheduled Maintenance is conducted when there are unforeseen issues that need to be addressed. This type of maintenance is unscheduled and may require the system to be taken offline for a period of time. All users will be notified of unscheduled maintenance as soon as possible.
